Since 1994, Community Investment Strategies (CIS) has been dedicated to providing quality housing for residents of modest income.  We focus on creating environments in which businesses and individuals succeed and flourish – places that improve lives and neighborhoods. We design, build, and manage communities that reflect the tastes, needs and neighborhoods of our residents, from homes for young families and older adults to assisted living and senior communities.
